An Mo Fu is a massage system that has its roots in ancient Taoism. It works solely on the abdominal region and the Dan Tien which is seen as the energetic centre of the body. We use simple hand techniques and subtle energetic vibrations to clear stagnation from the abdomen allowing for the free flow of energy through the system.

 

It was also used as a form of self-massage to keep the practitioner in physical and mental health. So you as a practitioner can take care of yourself.

 

This is a very hands-on course and you will be working with other course members during the day. We will take the time to teach you basic massage techniques. By the end of the course, you will be able to safely and effectively provide an An Mo Fu massage.
